Overview:
Potential is a mobile app designed to make recruitment smarter and faster. I created a user-friendly mobile experience that helps recruiters quickly find the best talent for their job openings, all while maintaining an intuitive and polished interface aligned with Apple's design principles.

The Problem:
Recruiters often struggle with outdated tools that make it hard to filter, evaluate, and connect with qualified candidates efficiently. There was a clear need for a mobile-first solution that simplifies the hiring process while keeping it professional and seamless.

The Solution:
I designed a clean, modern mobile app using Figma and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines to ensure a familiar and intuitive experience for users. The app allows recruiters to post jobs, review applicants, and communicate directly with potential hires — all from their phone.
